Hidden Camera Found in Ladies’ Room in Glendale Restaurant
(Glendale, AZ 8/2/2015) A female patron of a local restaurant for an iPhone hidden in an air freshener after hearing several beeps. After following the source of the sound the woman opened the air freshener and discovered that the iPhone was hot and recording her activity in the bathroom. The restaurant manager was hesitant to get law enforcement involved, but the victim’s boyfriend didn’t hesitate calling the police. Police do not have a suspect and are forensically examining the evidence. A regularly scheduled bug sweep would have likely found the hidden camera.
Just because a person or agency promotes bug sweeps on their website it doesn’t mean they either have the right equipment, training or experience. Most professional TSCM technicians use more than $150,000 worth of sophisticated electronic bug detection equipment. That’s why you need to know what questions to ask to identify true professional TSCM technicians and weed out private investigators with spy shop gear.
